This sophisticated electronic timer offers four
modes, making it perfect for control of holiday lights, engine block heaters,
pool pumps, or plug-in exterior lights. In manual mode you can turn the item on
and off manually. In automatic mode you can program the timer to turn the item
on and off once per day at a given time. In the automatic mode with temperature
sensor (specifically for engine block heaters) the timer will only turn the item
on if the temperature is lower than 10 degrees Fahrenheit (-12 degrees Celsius).
Finally, in the automatic mode using the light sensor it will turn the item
(i.e. holiday lights) on of the time setting has been reached and darkness has
set in. Requires two AAA batteries.
