The Autocloser-GA incorporates the latest micro-controller technology, infrared light sensors and advanced software algorithms to deliver a safe and reliable product yet it installs onto most garage door openers in minutes! There's even a disable button you can press for those times where you do want to keep the garage door open.
How Does it Work?
The Autocloser-GA monitors the garage door's position and the disable button. When it senses that the garage door has been open for a set period of time (user selectable: 2, 5, 10, 15 and 20 minutes) and the disable button has not been activated the garage door will close. It does this by connecting to the terminals on the garage door opener wall button, thus simulating the press of a button.
Fast, Easy Installation
The installation process for the Autocloser-GA is a simple process that takes approximately 20 minutes. The installation manual provides a step by step procedure, complete with illustrations. Only commonly-available basic hand tools are needed for proper installation (drill, screwdriver, adjustable wrench and a wire cutter/stripper). The unit is AC powered.

Important Note: The Autocloser-GA is recommended for use with garage door openers that comply with the latest government safety requirements (i.e. those with automatic reversing mechanisms and electronic photo eye sensors that detect obstructions).
