This green portable air conditioner is extremely mobile and can be easily setup
in almost any indoor location and are most commonly used in computer/server
rooms, bedrooms, classrooms and garages/workshops.
This GREEN ARC-12S portable air conditioner features the eco-friendly CFC free
green R-410A refrigerant and lead free RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous
Substances) compliant components. Although RoHS is not a regulatory
requirement in the US but already in force within the European Union, the ROHS
directive is often referred to as "Lead-Free" legislation. This is not
completely accurate, because it's coverage does extend to other pollutants as
well. The proper name for ROHS is: Directive 2002/95/EC The restriction of the
use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
The extraction of these raw materials and their eventual disposal, can cause
damage to both the environment in terms of pollution, as well as to human health
from occupational exposure and exposure following disposal. The removal of these
materials from production will reduce the health risks of exposure.
This unit features the advance self-evaporating technology, which uses and
recycles moisture collected during cooling and heating process to produce cool
air. This unit can cool up to a 400 sq. ft. space (ambient temperature and
humidity may influence optimum performance).

R-410A uses a synthetic lubricant that is more soluble so it can mix and
circulate more efficiently to keep the compressor and other moving parts

higher heat transfer, which results in a more efficient operation. R-410A does
not contain chlorine, therefore it is not damaging to the ozone layer.
