The Benefits with this fan is that it is
mounted on the exterior of the area to be ventilated, like an outside wall of a
home. This makes for virtually silent operation, as well as a straight
forward installation. PBV4 grill housing is mounted in ceiling, duct is
run to fan mounted on exterior wall, fan is wired to switch.
Hint: For best sound performance, run at least
8' of insulated flex duct between grill housing and fan. Not only will the
insulated flex duct prevent condensation from forming on the duct run, but it
will also help to dampen noise created by the fan. |
