Built-in Pick-A-Flow speed selector provides the unique ability to select your required airflow (50-80-110 CFM) with the simple flip of a switch.

This fan also has SmartFlow technology.  This means that when the fan senses static pressure, its speed is automatically increased to ensure optimal CFM output.  This bathroom fan also has a built-in light.  It has a dimmable 10 watt LED chip panel with a less than 1 watt LED night light (night light needs to be wired separately).

This fan also has built in motion and moisture functionality.   This gives you automatic moisture and odor control.  There is a variable humidity control from 30 - 80% relative humidity and an adjustable delay timer from 30 seconds to 60 minutes.  It can also operate in three different ways - Motion On/Motion Off; Motion on/Humidity Off; Humidity on/Humidity off.

This fan is very easy to install, even from below the ceiling because it has the Flex-Z fast bracket.  It can be used to comply with ASHRAE 62.2, LEED, Energy Star IAP, CALGreen, EarthCraft, CA Title 24 and WA state code.
