70 CFM Decorative Quiet Exhaust Fan with
Light
The Quiet Round Exhaust Fan/Light Series
provide quiet ventilation with decorative grills to compliment the decor.
This stylish fan is available in three finishes, Oil-Rubbed Bronze, Nickel, and
White to match your decor. Uses 2 - 60 watt maximum standard bulbs (bulbs
not included). 4" plastic duct collar with back draft damper insures quiet
operation and prevents drafts from entering the room.

- Includes adjustable hanging brackets for
mounting to joist on 16" centers or large keyhole slots.
- Moonstone Glass Lens with two 60 watt
maximum lights for up to 120 watts of lighting (Bulbs not included).
- Available in Bronze, Nickel, or White
finishes.
- UL listed for installation over a tub or
shower on a GFCI circuit.

c/w baked enamel finish; locks in place on the grill via two integral tabs.

1/2" diameter, 1" wide, with 10 fins.
- Motor: Single coil plug-in, two pole motor,
life time lubrication, thermally protected. Rated 120 volts, 60 hz., 1.6 amps.
- Fan Housing: 23 ga. Galvanized metal
housing, dimensions 8" x 6 7/8" x 5 1/2", double metal thickness mounting
tabs.
- Duct Collar: Plastic collar for 4" duct
connection, comes complete with built in non-metallic back draft damper for
quiet operation.
- Lighting: 2 - 60 watt maximum light capacity
(bulbs not included).
- Unit Mounting: Rated Type IC for ceilings
insulated to R-40. Designed to mount in ceilings with at least 6" of
clearance. The unit will mounts directly to the joist with a rough in opening
of 8 3/16" x 7 1/16". The housing will mount through drywall thickness up to
3/4".
- Ventilating Area: For bathrooms up to 70 sq.
ft. for other rooms up to 85 sq. ft.
