This Premium Aluminum Attic Stairway is
designed to provide access to additional storage space. Weighing in at 46 Lbs.,
it is 20% lighter than comparable wood models, 48% lighter than steel and rated
to 350lbs. Rails and steps are constructed of durable, lightweight aluminum.
Steps are grooved to provide maximum traction when climbing and are riveted to
rails for added strength.
Adjustable feet allow for a custom fit to accommodate ceiling heights from 7Ft
to 10Ft max and have rubber treads to prevent slipping. Heavy duty hinges at
rail joints limit side to side movement. Fully insulated door void is included
to help reduce energy costs. "Full Grip" hand rail provides support while
climbing. Installation kit with E-Z Hang Support Straps is also included.
