When your hand is placed within six inches of the trashcan's sensor the lid with
automatically open. The lid closes when your hand is removed from the
sensor area. Their is a manual open/close feature on the top of the trash
can.
Second generation automatic trash can with
improved sensor sensitivity to prevent accidental opening, and a mechanically
superior lid opening mechanism for longer lasting, more durable operation.
Comes with bag retainer ring to secure and hide the trash bag inside the trash
can.
