Tracking Your Order At R.E. Williams:

Your order will ship one of 4 ways: UPS, FedEx, USPS or LTL Freight Truck.

Our Order Management System Will Automatically Send You An Email With Tracking Information Once It Has Shipped, This happens around 4:45 pm PST daily.

Many times Spam blocking programs will catch the tracking email. Please check your spam folders if you have not received a tracking email. Please allow 8-12 hours after you receive shipping confirmation to track your order. Most order will arrive within 2-5 business days.

United States Postal Service: USPS Priority Air Mail packages will usually arrive within 2-3 days. We sometimes ship USPS on smaller items, that weigh under a pound. We cannot track a USPS package while it is in transit, but all orders shipped via this method have a delivery confirmation tracking #.
