Returns Are Simple:
Simply call us (Toll Free 1-888-845-6597) or email us and request a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA), before sending any product back to us.
Once an RMA is issued, you will have 15 days to return the product back to our designated location. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Items Marked Free Shipping - Are For Items Shipped Within The Continental United States Only. Free Shipping Promotions - are valid in the Continental US Only and excludes Alaska, HI and PR.
Returns on all items marked "Free Shipping" will be charged the actual shipping cost that REWCI paid to ship or return the item to you.
Order Cancellation: We understand that sometimes the wrong item was ordered, you changed your mind, etc. Please contact us immediately, if you wish to cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges of the order. If the order already shipped, please call us and let us know. We will ask that you refuse shipping on the order and credit you less the actual shipping charges.
When Returning A Product To Us, Please Note The Following:
1. On the shipping label include the RMA #
2. Please Return the unit back via a method that is traceable - UPS Ground, etc.
3. Insure the merchandise for its value, in the event it is damaged or lost.
4. Returns must be shipped back freight pre-paid.
Items You Receive That Are Damaged/Defective:
Items arriving at your location with exterior damage to the box should not be received. Please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements for a return/replacement. If the item is damaged, please put all packaging as it arrived back into the box. Notify the delivering company that you will not accept delivery of the item.

Most items are shipped via UPS Ground (most affordable/reliable method). Others may be shipped via the USPS/FedEx/DHL/Freight Truck. In the rare instance an item you ordered is on backorder, we will notify you to that fact.
