This fan has the built in Pick-A-Flow selector switch which allows you to select the airflow you need (50, 80, 110 CFM)

This fan has a DC Motor with SmartFlow technology. The SmartFlow technology allows the fan to sense static pressure and then automatically increase to ensure optimal CFM output.

This bathroom fan installs very easily with the Flex-Z Fast installation bracket. This fan can be used to comply with ASHRAE 62.2, LEED, ENERGY STAR IAP, EarthCraft,  CA Title 24 and WA state code.
